What's in a name?
Our co-founder, Christophe Sturzel, is a native of the Alsace region and grew up not far from Strasbourg. Petite France is the name given to the picturesque 'old town' in Strasbourg. Its' ancient architecture and cobbled streets would not be lost in a story by the brothers Grimm. When translated it means 'Little France'… which is exactly what we want to deliver to you…. A little France!!

Wines and Foods:
All the French food is imported directly. Our prices, for products of such quality, represent excellent value. Our star of wines are undoubtedly the outstanding red Cahors Chateau Pecot AOC and the Bernhard-Reibel Riesling vieille vignes and as well a fantastic Pinot Noir from Bernhard-Reibel aged in oak barrels.

The pottery:
The pottery we market is created by master potter Siegried-Burger in Soufflenheim, a small village in Alsace. The pieces are hand painted and are oven, dishwasher and microwave proof. They are also available at our stalls at the Farmers markets in Contarf (see www.redstables.ie for details).
